A standard design has been engineered for each unit size, which can be priced per site.

Zoning

The minihome can be classified as a building or manufactured home under your local council code. Zoning is generally dependent on location, size, use, permanency(requires foundation) and permit. You can find information about zoning in your area by contacting your local council.

For a minimum fee, if required we provide a service for all compliance issues with your local council.

Custom Solutions Available

We also provide custom versions of our mini home, made up of our modular units, manufactured in the factory or assembled on site.
Difficult sites – The Minihome can be built in the factory or in kitset and assembled on site.
